The concrete scarifier cutter is made of tungsten carbide or hardened steel, and has a variety of styles to suit different applications. Depending on the floor material and the desired final profile, choosing various diameters, widths, number of cutting teeth and cutter head styles (that is, flat, sharp or angled) can produce a variety of results.
Before the manufacture of the carbide scarifier cutters are stamped, now they are laser cutting, which is much good for the cutter’s body. Lifetime, hardness, and wearability which is produced by laser cutting is better than stamping, also the manufacture cost is higher.
